I waited about 5 hours to meet One Direction for a minute.

I made a fake marriage certificate for me and Liam, which he signed! He said he’ll marry me! Louis called me baby. Niall said he loves me too. Zayn looked hot as always. And Harry called me babe and kissed my left cheek! And the best thing is that I caught this all on video! Omg! It was amazing. I seriously cried. Omg.

So last Saturday, 3/10, I found out via Twitter that One Direction was going to do a signing at a WalMart about 25 minutes from my house the next Saturday, 3/17. All we had to do was be among the fist 1,000 people to buy their CD Up All Night on Tuesday, 3/13, morning starting at 7am and get the wristband(ticket). I started shaking and crying. Why? 1. I love them. 2. I thought it would be too expensive. 3. My mom would probably never let me go because of school.. 4. I have a church meeting that I must attend on the same day as the signing. What was I gonna do?!

Well, I asked my mom if she wouldn’t mind taking me, my little siblings, and 3 of our friends and I told her we’d make it to school if we left the house around 3am Tuesday morning. Boy was I wrong. My friend Lorrena checked out the line at the WalMart Monday night at around 6:30pm and there was already a line with about 50 people. I started crying and told my mom we had to leave tonight so we could get the CD and wristband in time and make it to school. To my surprise, she said yes and we got to the WalMart at around 10:30pm.

The line was already about more than 2 blocks long, going from the front of WalMart all the way to the back of of the parking lot (which was huge) and swing back around to the front. We got there and met up with a few more friends. We thought we around the 700s in the line. So we camped out. But it started raining, so thank goodness Kirsten bought a tent and the rest of the Directioners brought tarps. And we met these two Directioners behind us that were so nice. We played Chubby Bunny One Direction version! Ahaha.

We slept on the hard cement of WalMart’s parking lot. Actually, I only got about 2 hours of sleep. But at 5:30am on Tuesday, we were told to get up and clean our areas. Then finally, at 7:01, they started taking 20 people at a time to buy the CD. The line went surprisingly fast and it turned out we were around 300th in line. We were still late to school, but we only missed 1st period and part of homeroom.

But it was totally worth it! Waiting in line for almost 10 hours to get the CD and wristband that will grantee me to meet One Direction this Saturday, even if itNs just for a few seconds, will be amazing. I just know it.

But I know I’m gonna cry. I’ll try to be calm and collected when they’re signing my CDs, but as soon as I’m out of that line, I’m gonna start hyperventaling(sp?) and crying. I know I will.

So you’re in high school and you decide to post pictures of drugs on your Facebook talking about high you’re gonna get? You’re cool…

What has this world come to? I can’t even…

So the band One Direction is going to guest star on an episode of iCarly and taping has already started.

You would think that One Direction fans would be happy for the boys because they’re doing more projects. And the American fans that wanted them in the U.S. got their wish, they’re here in America. So why the heck are so many One Direction “fans” angry about their appearance on iCarly?

First of all, I know the guys aren’t exactly “innocent” boys, but if they want to guest star on a hit show that is watched by a younger audience, then let them. They can crush on the guys, more power to the guys.

Second of all, SO WHAT if the guys get more fans because of their appearance on iCarly? I mean, isn’t that sort of the point of being famous? Getting more fans? Don’t be selfish and say “Well, they’ll ruin the fanbase. They’ll just like them because they’re hot.” Ummm, excuse me, but I bet more than 75% of the current One Direction fans are fans because they think the guys are hot. And getting more fans will make them FAMOUS which is GOOD for them so that they can be even more successful. Do you want them to be in the shadows just so you can have them all to yourselves? That is honestly selfish. Let the guys do what they want. You guys are flipping out over the smallest things.

Third of all, don’t trash talk Miranda Cosgrove just because she gets to meet and work with the guys and you don’t. She’s a successful actress, she’s going to collaborate with many successful people other than One Direction. I’ve seen tweets and comments about her all over the internet that are just nasty, terrible, and mean. I bet you half of those people who made those comments were fans of Miranda at one point in their life. She’s just doing her job, entertaining people, and the One Direction fans have the audacity to say rude and mean things about Miranda just for doing her job? That shows how classy you guys are… And the rumor spreading that Miranda said she doesn’t like Niall because he’s “too outgoing and all he does is laugh” is probably untrue. Something she said was probably brought out of context by a fan who felt to need to ruin Miranda’s reputation to the One Direction fanbase.

Fourth of all, this whole thing over Harry getting a bigger role than the other guys is kinda tiring also. In every band, there’s always one member who gets a little more attention from the fans than the others. No one knows why, it just happens. In this situation, the member who gets a little more attention is Harry. Why? I don’t know. I love all the guys equally, and I do have my favorites (Liam & Niall <3) but it just so happens that Harry is the favorite of more fans. I agree, he’s getting a bigger role, but that’s kinda expected in a band. Even though they’re all treated as equals, there’s always that leading member. It’s natural.

I admit, I’m not a huge Miranda fan, but this poor girl is getting nasty comments that she doesn’t deserve from SELFISH One Direction fans who are just jealous that Miranda is lucky enough to work with the guys.

I’m a huge One Direction fan, and I love the boys. I have no shame in saying that I’m excited for the guys, their fanbase is getting bigger by the second, and they deserve the fame they’re getting. As for Miranda, she’s a lucky girl for getting the chance to work with the guys. I’d kill for that chance. I wish her the best, and I hope she doesn’t take to heart all the crap that some of the One Direction fans are giving her.

I’m not saying all One Direction fans out there are selfish. There are probably a lot that feel what I feel. Those selfish fans should be ashamed of themselves though. Stop keeping One Direction to yourself, and let them be known to the world.

Alright, I’m done ranting/venting. I just had to get that all out.
